If you’re trying to finish every order for Sam, we advise finishing this one before leaving the waystation. Then picking up Order 5 and moving on to the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City.

PCC 1x – The only thing you’ll need for this straightforward quest is a PCC, which is used to construct postboxes.
Recommended Path:
This one is rather easy and serves more as a tutorial on Postboxes than anything else. Travel to the location marked on your map northeast of the Waystation. Right-click it to select it, then press L2 (Playstation) or right mouse-button (PC) to aim. Then R2 (Playstation) or left mouse-button (PC) to build it. You can change the item you want to build by pressing down on the d-pad (Playstation) or pressing 2 (PC) while the PCC is equipped as more items are added.
Postboxes are an excellent way to donate it to other players. Additionally, you have the option of giving other players your own tools and weapons in a private locker in the postbox.
