The Elder Scrolls Online Review

REVIEW: The Elder Scrolls Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by ZeniMax Online Studios. Released in 2014 the game has had a tremendous amount of content for the new player. There have been over 20 dlc and chapter releases providing new content multiple times a year for the long term player. The game has okay graphics but newer games have been better as of recent years. But the main selling point of ESO is the unique and engaging combat system. There are over 2300+ quests and stories to discover making this feel like the typical Elder Scrolls game if you choose to play that way. Dungeons, Delves, Battlegrounds, Open World PvP, Large open world full of things to discover. This MMO has it all and is one of the best on the market today.

Not everything is perfect and The Elder Scrolls Online is no exception. There was the rough launch that really impacted the early growth of the game. The developers pushed through that and over the years redeemed themselves with constant content releases and new game systems to use. However, recently there has been negative perspective of the game due to bugs going unfixed for months at a time and server performance issues. The developers have addressed these issues and are actively working to fix them. There is reports that this next year will spend more time fixing bugs than pushing content and a lot of players are welcoming this decision.

Is The Elder Scrolls Online Worth Playing? Yes! The game is packed full of classic Elder Scrolls style quests, challenging dungeons and delves, 12 person trials, multiple forms of PvP, housing… the list goes on. So go try it out and let us know what you think!
