If you just installed Palworld and are looking to join a community server to play with friends but cannot find a specific server even after searching it, don’t worry. This guide will show you how to find your server to join and play with your friends in Palworld.
How to Find and Join Community Servers in Palworld
First we need to get to the community server page list. You do this by clicking on “Join Multiplayer Game” in the games start menu. (see image)
Next, on the left side of the screen click on “Community Servers”.
This next step is important. The search feature only shows results currently being loaded on the server list. The problem is the server list only loads 200 servers at a time when there is thousands of community servers available. On the bottom right of the screen you will need to click “Display next 200 results”. You keep clicking this to load 200 more servers on the list until the server you are searching for loads and can be found via searching the server name.
!!Be Careful!! Doing this will cause your computers RAM to go up the more servers you load. You may need to restart the game a few times if your RAM usage gets too high.
Once you have loaded a couple more thousand servers on the list simply search for the server you are looking for. If it does not show up you will need to go back and load 200 more servers a few more times until it finally appears. Be mindful of your RAM usage.
We hope this is just a temporary work around and the game will have a better search function very soon. But as this is a early access title it is understandable there are limitations.
