Hideo Kojima Tease Could Indicate the Appearance of More Characters in Death Stranding 2

Kojima is very skilled at keeping secrets private though.
Many well-known actors and semi-celebrities have already announced that they will take part in Death Stranding 2 in some capacity. For instance, Norman Reedus will play a prominent part once again. In Death Stranding 2, Lea Seydoux, who plays Fragile, will also make a comeback. The actors Troy Baker, Elle Fanning, and Shili Kutsuna have been confirmed for the game. However, that is probably only a small portion of the entire cast.
Kojima is once more hinting at the involvement of a few fresh superstars in Death Stranding 2. Kojima recently shared several images of a 3D scanning session that included numerous people on his Twitter account. Some people might not have recognized them right away. Iain Cook and Lauren Mayberry of the band Chvrches were unmistakably the two people in the images, according to fans.

Chvrches are familiar with the Death Stranding series. A unique tune written just for Kojima’s first independent game outside Konami, the band wrote the title track for Death Stranding’s soundtrack. Despite not having a direct part in the game, Chvrches seems be friends with Kojima.
Once more, Kojima’s Twitter account reflects that friendship. Chvrches visited Kojima Productions’ chic new studio and left a message on a blackboard that said, “Looking forward to producing many more things together. <3,” in photos that Kojima shared. Additionally, there are images of Chvrches being 3D scanned.
Chvrches have not yet been officially confirmed to be involved in the creation of Death Stranding 2, whether it be through the creation of music or the incorporation of the band members’ likenesses. Kojima’s most recent tweets, though, make it appear almost likely. Don’t be surprised if Cook, Mayberry, and possibly Doherty appear in the game in an unexpected location and play one of their original Death Stranding songs. It’s impossible to know what Kojima has planned for a project in advance.
