None – There are no items required for this straightforward quest; all you have to do is return to the entrance of the Timefall (rainy area) and gather several Chiral crystals.

Walkthrough
Go back into the Timefall (rainy area). You had to travel through to get here after accepting this Order from the Distribution Center west of Capital Knot City. You should observe several Chiral Crystals on the ground before all that. During this quest, you should be able to observe the yellow crystalline hands emerging from the earth using your odradek scanner.
These little hand figures can be found everywhere around Death Stranding’s environment, especially in locations where Timefall and BT’s occur frequently. They’re essential crafting materials, so be sure to grab them as you pass them by holding square (Playstation) or holding F (PC).
Return to the Distribution Center and turn in the quest once you have at least 1cg (2 Chiral Chrystal nodes should do).
