Introduction
The Arcanist is the newest class introduced in The Elder Scrolls Online. This class is very strong and comes with a ton of utility putting it in a unique position where it can be very powerful but tanky at the same time. The stamina Arcanist is no exception to this. The stamina Arcanist has the ability to do high damage while maintaining resources and staying alive. Many players would argue that this class is one of the strongest in ESO. So without further ado, here is our ESO Stamina Arcanist PvP Build.
Overview
Race: Khajiit (best choice) or Imperial and Orc (also are great choices)
Food: Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch (Best in slot food but very expensive, use Jewels of Misrule if gold is a problem the difference is small)
Mundus Stone: The Shadow (increase critical damage)
Vampire Stage: Vampire Stage 3
Consumables: Essence of Immovability, Tri-Stat Potions, Resistance Potions
Attributes: 0 Magicka, 15 Health, 49 Stamina
Gear
The best in slot options for this build would be considered “meta” and it is advised to try and stay to the best option as best as possible. We are balancing the sets with the most damage you can obtain on the front bar while using a tanky or buffing back bar.

- Armor in 3 Reinforced 4 Divines armor traits
- We wear 1 light armor pieces
- We wear 3 heavy armor pieces on our larger piece (chest, legs)
- We wear 3 medium armor piece
- Front bar weapons in Nirnhoned and Charged trait to to buff damage
- Back Bar weapon in Defending
- Three Bloodthirsty Jewelry Traits
- All tri-stat armor glyphs
- The higher the quality gear the more damage you can deal

Back Bar: Elemental Susceptibility, Impervious Runeward, Runeguard of Still Waters, Evolving Runemend, Race Against Time, Sanctum of the Abyssal Sea
Rotation
Buff Rotation: The Buff Rotation is very simple. First begin with getting resistance buffs up with Runeguard of Still Waters and Cruxweaver Armor. Then buff with Recuperative Treatise and Impervious Runeward before going into Race Against Time.
Damage Rotation: The damage rotation is as follows. Elemental Susceptibility to debuff into Rending Slashes. Then Rune of the Colorless Pool into a Cephaliarch’s Flail spam. Thrive in Chaos is your damage ultimate.
Heals: Evolving Runemend is the heal and Sanctum of the Abyssal Sea is the defensive ultimate that will reset the fight.

Champion Points
Because everyone who is viewing this guide is at a different Champion Point level I will only be putting up the champion points I chose at the level I was at the time of making this guide, which is around 1075. Remember that Champion Point soft cap is around 1800 but you can easily achieve high value kills with low cp.
