Introduction
The Dragonknight is one of the four original classes introduced in The Elder Scrolls Online at launch. The Dragonknight or “DK” for short has been known as the tanky class of the game. With that being said, the Dragonknight has always been able to produce some great DPS and clutch kills in PvP. Over the years with the direction of ESO going towards “Play any class any way you want” makes the decision of wanting to play a damage DK even easier. A lot of players will tell you playing a Dragonknight in PvP is their favorite way to play the game. So without further ado here is our ESO Stamina DK PvP Build.

Skills
Front Bar
Front Bar: Dizzying Swing, Executioner, Noxious Breath, Flames of Oblivion, Rally, Take Flight
Back Bar
Back Bar: Cinder Storm, Volatile Armor, Resolving Vigor, Coagulating Blood, Race Against Time, Corrosive Armor
Rotation
Buff Rotation: The buff rotation is as follows. Start with Rally to begin damage buffs and Vateshran weapon proc. Swap bars and cast volatile armor for resistance buff (note this also applies a damage dot to nearby enemies.) Next, Cinder Storm for a heal over time. Followed by Race Against Time for minor force before swapping to the front bar to begin damage.
Damage Rotation: The damage rotation is simple but has a few triggers to keep in mind to maximize potential. Once we are on our front bar start with Noxious Breath, this will apply major breach as well as a dot. Next Flames of Oblivion, another dot. Then move into the spammable rotation Dizzying Swing and light attack combo until the target is at low health. Executioner light attack combo to finish.
The Frenzied Momentum weapon from Vateshran will begin to stack, once it reaches a stack of 5 throw a heavy attack into the rotation for the damage burst.
Try to build ultimate for Corrosive Armor and use Take Flight as more of a emergency resource button. More information regarding the ultimates and when to use them below.
(rotations fully explained in build video)
Corrosive Armor vs Take Flight
The two ultimates the build uses are Corrosive Armor and Take Flight. Knowing when to use which is a huge part of the success of this build. The goal is to hold off on using ultimate until we have enough to use Corrosive Armor. Corrosive Armor is one of the strongest ultimates in the game giving 100% penetration, a damage dot, and huge damage mitigation. All this makes Corrosive Armor the number one choice when in PvP. But sometimes it is useful or needed to use Take Flight instead.
When should you use Take Flight? Sometimes Take Flight will actually be the better option but it is usually very obvious when to use it. The only two scenarios in which Take Flight should be used instead of Corrosive Armor are if it will guarantee the kill or you are about to die and out of resources to heal. Because Take Flight deals a massive amount of damage and a gap closer it can be used to target a low health player if you believe it will secure the kill instantly. Secondly sometimes you may need to take advantage of the Dragonknights Battle Roar passive. This restores resources per the cost of the ultimate acting as a heal giving more of other resources. This would only be the case if you are about to die and have no other resources to save yourself.
