Introduction
The Necromancer is one of the newer classes introduced in The Elder Scrolls Online. The Necromancer has been known as one of the stronger classes of the game. Magicka mancers take advantage of good defense and high damage along with finding opportunity to pull off clutch kills in PvP. A lot of players will tell you playing a Necromancer in PvP is their favorite way to play the game. So without further ado here is our ESO Magicka Necromancer PvP Build.

Back Bar
Back Bar: Spirit Guardian, Resistant Flesh, Resolving Vigor, Summoner’s Armor, Race Against Time, Ravenous Goliath
Rotation
Buff Rotation: First begin by buffing ourselves up. Summoner’s Armor to get our resistances into Resistant Flesh and Spirit Guardian. Before swapping bars cast Race Against Time for our damage buff.
Damage Rotation: To begin the damage rotation cast Degeneration on your target to get a damage buff and a small DOT on them. Go into Elemental Susceptibility for another debuff on the target. Destructive Reach is a great damage dealer and also buffs our damage due to using the Master’s version, cast that next. Last is the dance between Mortal Coil, Blighted Blastbones, and the massive damage ultimate Dawnbreaker of Smiting.
Healing: The heals are Resolving Vigor, Spirit Guardian, and Resistant Flesh. The backbar ultimate Ravenous Goliath is a strong defensive ultimate that can reset a fight.

Champion Points
Because everyone who is viewing this guide is at a different Champion Point level I will only be putting up the champion points I chose at the level I was at the time of making this guide, which is around 1075. Remember that Champion Point soft cap is around 1800 but you can easily achieve high value kills with low cp.
